Register for Your Portal Account

Registration is easy! Provide our office with a valid email address, and you’ll instantly receive an invitation in your email inbox with a link to start the registration process.

  • If you're having trouble locating the email, check your spam or junk mail folder, or search for “Navigating Care”.
  • After checking your spam, if you still don’t see an email, contact your clinic to confirm your email address on file and ask to be sent a new invitation.

No email address?

If you don’t have an email address to sign up, you can still register for an account.

  1. Contact Virginia Oncology Associates or Navigating Care Support to obtain temporary credentials
  2. Go to patient.navigatingcare.com
  3. Scroll down and select “Sign in with a username”
  4. Enter the provided login credentials to begin registration

Once you’re registered, click “Learn More” on the home page of your portal to learn about available features.

  • Access Your Health Records: View and interpret your lab and test results
  • Manage Your Care: Download health records, view appointments, and add caregivers
  • Connect: Securely message your care team for non-urgent matters
  • Stay Informed: Receive personalized and trustworthy education about your treatment
