Registration is easy! Provide our office with a valid email address, and you’ll instantly receive an invitation in your email inbox with a link to start the registration process. If you're having trouble locating the email, check your spam or junk mail folder, or search for [email protected]. If you have no email address, you can also register using a temporary username and password, which can be obtained by contacting Navigating Care (contact info below) or our office.
