Biography

Kristin Vickers is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in gynecologic oncology. She aims to provide quality patient care by using her skills and passion as both a clinician and a public health professional. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Human Biology from North Carolina State University in 2016.

She worked in clinical research prior to obtaining her Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2019. This experience in research, population health, and healthcare administration provides her with a unique perspective and skill set to play a role in optimizing patient care at all levels. She went on to receive her second master’s degree as a physician assistant from East Carolina University in 2021. Kristin joined Virginia Oncology Associates upon matriculation. She works alongside Dr. Robert Squatrito in an outpatient and inpatient setting, along with assisting in the operating room.

Outside of practicing medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and fur babies. Her other passions include dance, paddle boarding, camping, and any opportunity to travel.
